Even though my car claimed it was 109 yesterday, I’m already looking forward to fall. It’s football season finally, and I’m looking forward to cooler weather, pumpkin flavored things, and most importantly, fall clothes! You know, because of all these things, fall might actually be my favorite season. I already ordered these burgundy jeans that I’m super pumped about. Also on the list, some tan boots and possibly a tan bag (maybe not of the caliber of the one below, but a girl can dream). I’ve seen a lot of blue pumps around too, so they’re on the wish list as well – what a fun way to brighten up your outfit!
I have written many a time about my blogger girl crush, Erin of Elements of Style. She’s got impeccable taste, and she’s witty, sincere, and funny. And seems to like wine. I really feel like we could be good friends. So, how excited am I that she has a new line of blazers out! She has said on her blog that she and her business partner really just wanted to focus on doing one thing. Really, really well. So, they chose blazers! I will say I think there are a lack of awesome blazers on the market that don’t either 1) look really cheap, or 2) cost $600-800. Really. Though maybe I’m too picky. I love Smythe blazers, but I just can’t bring myself to shell out. Two Penny Blue’s blazers are at a bit more reasonable price point, and they are super cute and look really well made. Also, for every blazer that is ordered, they donate one school uniform to a girl in need in Africa. Order up!
I am SO into ikat print! Amazing.
Hey, hip Jackie – O!
I think I need the fuchsia one … Though seriously, I can’t decide, I love them all!

I have worked 14 days in a row. Yes, I’m counting because I am super grown up. The only thing that is getting me through is that my boyfriend and I are planning a beach vacation! I cannot even begin to describe how excited I am!! I think we are probably going to Jamaica. Never been there, but it looks amazing. Frankly, I don’t even care. As long as there is a beach/pool and an umbrella drink, I’m in. We won’t go till June, but if you think that is going to keep me from shopping, you don’t know me at all. Bathing suits will come later; diet starts … another day. Sorry in advance if beachy things are the only thing I post about for the next three months. Sorry I’m not sorry.
I’m ready for spring! It was 70 degrees in Dallas today – in the first week of
March! I need me some cute happy spring time clothes!
